Four Things with Liatra

The second post in this series comes from another hometown friend, Liatra, who you might remember from this guest post she did as part of my "Making Time" series.

Liatra describes herself as many things - an aspiring illustrator, a music snob, a pop culture junkie, a bookworm, a trinket enthusiastic, a lover of arts and perhaps my favorite, "a professional weirdo." You can find Liatra on her blog, Star Girl, or on Instagram as liatrasage

With Spring sneaking up on us, these are the four things that made Liatra's list..

1 // One thing I want are these great Kate Spade Garden Estate Studs.

2 // One thing I need are more carefree days like yesterday. My boyfriend Jake and I went to Baltimore for the day and although it was short, it was so sweet. Months of school, working two jobs, and fighting sickness can wear you down. I would like to make more of my days as spontaneous and fun as yesterday. The photo shown is from the American Visionary Art Museum - a great place to visit if you're in Baltimore.

3 // One thing to wear are these Rachel Antonoff for Bass New Orleans Attitude Shoe in perfect Spring colors!

4 // One thing to read is The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls. I read this probably three years ago and remember absolutely loving it and have been meaning to get around to rereading it soon.

So tell me, what is your favorite way to spend a Spring day? Any nearby cities you like to visit? A favorite museum?

  1. Back in our old city we lived near a river with a walking path so we'd end up there all the time, but now I guess we'll be spending Spring trying to discover new places in our new city! I'm looking forward to it. And temperatures above 30 degrees :)

    1. Amen, sista! We've actually had sunny warm weather in Montana this week but Sunday is supposed to be a few inches of snow. I'm looking forward to exploring a new city this Spring, too. Can't wait to see what you discover!
